Who we are

Phoenix Residential Society is a community based health care organization providing psychosocial (psychiatric) rehabilitation services to persons with psychiatric disorders, concurrent disorder of problematic substance use and mental illness, and persons with cognitive disorders and acquired brain injury.

We offer the following services:

• Phoenix Oak Program (POP)

• Phoenix Apartment Living Services (known as PALS)

• “PALS Westview”

• Phoenix Housing & Support Services (PHASS) &

• Phoenix Approved Home Support Services (PAHSS)
